Scanner wipes are to flatbed scanners what baby wipes are to a clean and contended baby.

Scanner wipes remove finger oil, the enemy of all flatbed scanners. Scanner wipes also remove dust, another problem with flatbed scanners.

The industry standard scanner wipe seem to be those of Veratec, Graphic Arts Products, Walpole, MA 02081, tel 800 338 7954, fax (508) 668-8473. I do not know if Publishing Perfection sells these products, but if not, they should.

Veratec has all the products you need to remove residues of mounting oil and tape..
